My experience at Prime IV Hydration and Wellness-Monument was remarkable. The employees were friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I have small difficult veins and they were able to get the IV in place in only one try. The center is clean, beautiful and relaxing which added to the overall experience. The full body massage chairs (provided at no extra cost) combine relaxation as well as stimulating lymphatic drainage and circulation. Having the owner present and passionate about helping others shows a personal commitment to the wellness to clients. Prime IV is now my favorite IV hydration! PS. I am very fragrant sensitive and the place did not have any perfumy smells.

I have serious issues with this establishment and wonder if they should be in operations without a licensed physician and full medical work up as a condition to provide care. The first encounter I was left sitting there at the counter for 10 minutes and just left, I gave them a second chance did all the paperwork with my medical history and got a bunch of "no problem" comments. I made an appointment and was turned away when I showed up and told to go talk to my doctor first - about what!!! Hey doc, I'm thinking about doing a drip what do you think? After this I question the qualifications of the staff and will not try to return. Depending on the day you get I don't care, or I have no idea, or go ask someone else. I would be concerned receiving care at this point.

Second, when I went in and did the paperwork a few weeks ago we discussed my medical condition which are mild and they were willing to walk me back and hook me up. But today, it's go talk to your doctor. It calls into question the qualifications of your staff.

This place is amazing. I love the staff and everything they offer. I also love that it’s so close to my house. They’re everything and I’ll be back often. Please come, but don’t take all the massage chairs. I kid I kid. Seriously they’re awesome and will get you feeling right. 🙂

I had my first IV a few days ago. This place is amazing! The environment is very relaxing and it was easy to see how that team works as a family and no just co-works. I have more energy from one treatment than weeks of over-counter vitamins. One unexpected bonus was how bright my skin was. I had several comments from friends and family. I’m already booked for my next IV!

Antoinne and the whole staff here are seriously awesome! They were so kind and helpful as soon as we arrived. Everyone makes you feel like you're getting a VIP spa treatment. I'll definitely be coming back as a regular whenever I'm in town! Thanks again!

This place is absolutely the best. Light and clean environment, refreshing electrolyte water. Antonnie was kind and extremely informative. He broke everything down so I could better understand what I would he receiving. The rest of the staff was also very kind and helpful. Massage chairs were amazing. Was definitely a great way to start my morning. I signed up for a 6 membership and so look forward to my time with Antonnie and the staff here. Thank you for everything prime IV.

Antoine, and Kim could not have made me feel more welcome , they ensured my needs were being met, and my health concerns being prioritized. I was a first timer here with my sister. I came in, feeling incredibly sick with a headache due to a virus I have been battling. The owner and staff are all so warm and welcoming. The IV was completely painless and I was covered with a warm blanket and an ice mask while I waited in a luxurious massage chair for the IV fluids to finish. Thank you for the awesome experience, I will be returning!
