In being involved with soccer over the past 45-years either through playing, coaching, or just enjoying my kids play; there is no question that Sean is the BEST coach that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He is extremely knowledgable of the game and both of my kids have made significant improvement training with and/or playing for him above and beyond what has been experienced at a couple of the “top” clubs in the area. Sean is truly focused on developing the player, supporting their process/goals, and not just winning. He also does not tolerate soccer drama on any level and is not influenced by parents that over advocate for their player. Sean is a god send! I have worked with Sean at PSD Academy for about 3 years and I have improved more over the last 3 years than I have my entire soccer career! Sean is an incredible, one of a kind coach who has created a one of a kind environment, which are in very short supply today. He helped guide me through every part of my process and shaped me into the player I am today. 3 years ago my goal was to play division 1 soccer, and I know for a fact I would not have accomplish that goal without Sean. Sean helped improve my speed, footwork, and overall IQ in the game which helped me SO much when attending ID camps. Everything that made me stand out to college coaches as well as high school coaches are things Sean works on in PSD Academy. I went from being an average un-impactful player at just another club with almost no footwork to a very impactful player with a fast step and quick footwork. Sean has been an amazing mentor to me and helped me improve so much as a player!
