This daycare deserves no stars at all. My child attended this daycare for about 2 months & I immediately snatched him out!!! The class they had my child in was basically a holding class. They would put the kids in his class when the other classes were full instead of being honest & telling parents that were looking to enroll their kids that they are full at the moment. My child's class did not even have a permanent teacher. Every time there was a different teacher/sub taking over his class, at the end of the day I would ask what activities did they work on etc & each sub would say that they didn't do anything that day but play all day because she is just a sub. Meaning that his class was basically a playing class. All of the other classes had a permanent teacher except for this specific class. I refuse to pay money for my child to be in a school that lets them play & run around all day. I have family members for that. This daycare business is money hungry, unprofessional, & ghetto!!! Some of the staff would not even speak in the morning when I dropped my child off. She would walk pass with her head down as if we were invisible. The first week my child would cry when I was about to leave & instead of the staff helping to get him comfortable I would have to walk him around & try to find him a toy or something that he is familiar with. One of the staff would try to get him comfortable but when he would cry she would just leave him crying and walk off as if she did not want to be bothered (but remind you this is her job). The staff were never on the same page. They basically were a "day by day" type of business. They had no control over the kids. One morning as my child was going into the bathroom to wash his hands another student was in there using the toilet (there are 2 toilets & 2 sinks) & they both started passing hits at one another & the other student was standing over the toilet with his clothes at his ankles trying to hit my child. So I asked one of the staff that was on duty (she was helping the girls to the bathroom) if any one supervises them while they are in the bathroom together. She gave a stupid response( I can't even remember what it was) There was no type of structure or consistency (which is very important with small kids). I see a complete difference with the staff & the school I just enrolled my child in. I would never recommend this school to any parent unless you just want to pay someone to let your child run around all day & they are not being taught anything. I can't really speak for the classes that had a permanent teacher but my child's class basically had a sub every week that did not work on any learning activities or anything with the kids. One day I also witnessed one of the teachers snatch a toy from a student. The student had took the toy from another student who had it first so she snatched it from him & asked him how does it feel for somebody to take something from him. That was not the right way to handle that situation. There were at least 2 staff that were very nice & sweet that spoke when we would cross each other. The rest of them I would never want never allow to be with my child/kids again

Let me first off say this is the worse/ most unprofessional daycare I every experience in my life. My 3yr old child just started last week so of course it would take some time for him to get use to an environment. As a parent I am over concern when it comes to my child. They say my child was being very bad and they couldn't take it and kick my son out but never informed me until the last minute. But when I ask to see video of what happened they keep giving me the run around. I ask to have a meeting with Ms. Morris now she is never available and they can't seem to get in contact with her. Please parents please do not go here they don't care about the well being of your child at all. And I see with my own eye's how the staff react to some children here.

Please don't send your child/kids here my son was hurt everyday, & I would always bring enough diapers & wipes for my child to last a month & he'll be out in a week, their always under staff & the owner she's just very money hungry. My child only went here for 2 months til I realized that this is not a place to send your child, while you're trying to support your family. Helping a mother.

If I could give this facility and all it's other locations no stars I would. This daycare chain does not care about the children at all. The turn over rate is ridiculous and they never have proper staffing for the rooms they have with children. The owner is beyond rude and does not handle anything in a professional manner. I'm in pure disgust even thinking they are still in business. I enrolled my child here and immediately took them right back out after seeing what transpires daily. I try to support black owned businesses but I cannot support ignorant ghetto and classless which is all the sites ms jones have consist of. She should be beyond ashamed. God don't bless no mess and I'm pretty sure she will be out of business soon. They've already been dropped from henry booth house. That should be a red flag to anyone who knows about daycares. Smh take your child and money elsewhere. I remember coming in one day to pick up information and I seen babies literally falling out their chairs crying and no one around to pick them up or care for them. It truly broke my heart.
