Hello, To whom all this reads; My name is Micheley, and I am new to Portola, Senior Nutrition Program, as I have at long last found equal housing opportunities for myself and Autistic adult son. here in Portola Senior Apartments..

Being Artists and funtioning well, with our low income, chosen lifestyle, we have always assisted the food service and all aspects, of the FICA, or goverment co ordinated food supplemental programs.
I am currently paying and enrolled in the Senior Nutrition Program. Though I have put in volunteer hours, of community service, to be trained to assist in food service at our Portola site. I was denied acknowledgement of the hours, that I had worked, by a very large, angry Plumas County transport driver, who took over the Portola site, when Kathy,(The site manager when I signed up,)..was not available, on site as manager.
Kathy became injured, and I was denied volunteering abilities, by Donnie Weldon.She also refused to credit me, with the actuall hours I had worked, pivoting a negative and wrongly biased system of co ordination, and brainless verball abuse tooward me, and others, she illegally forces money out of. (Elders and mentally challenged, program members, remain at risk of not getting thier food, due to her rude, mis informed, and often stoned appearance.
Another resident here of Portola seniors, doesn,t even get her meal, and one male member, has home delivery, due to this womans puplic assistance manners, driving him.It is apparently due to poor scheduling for transportation, another Portola Senior, is currently being denied her lunch, by Ms Weldon....We need a hands on real site manager, like Kathy was prior to being hurt.
I have notified Dana Cash, but since today, Donnie still picks up the phone at the Goverment , lunch site,She, sees herself, as the site manager, and is actually interferring with eligability of receipients, fraudulently.
Disabled, frail, and elderly Portola Residents, are paying the bills of her negligence. Just to get thier meals, and I have spent out of pocket.to assist communication for, more than one, starving, senior.
I am a California State In Home Support Service Provider, of 30 years with every level of special challenges, and this type of Discrimination, kills people.
Please offer assistance to Quincy Human Service, and enviromental stewardship, by offering suggestions..The food, and work of our Chef, Kim....is FANTAsTIC Michael, and Ayla, and most often accomodating and are, her direct kitchen help, as every staff person. (with the exception of Ms Weldon, ) all of them, Do exceptional jobs..Please get an honest site manager.
While trying to assist my friends and community here at Portola Senior apts. I offered to serve here, in our community room. Today, I requested home delivery. Due to no direct action being taken at the site, to resolve this hazzard
