It was no good. I have been a very hard Mexican worker, I don't speak any English and she was mean. I was expecting to get paid at least 15, this happened at 2023. This misery is not worth it. She immediately made her self know she was superior. I can easily do her job. She stated she only gets paid 16hr. If you don't believe me go and apply then

I give it 0 stars, my main concern about this company is the 2 main staff that work at this specific location. I would continue checking in every single day, I have 2 friends that work at this exact location and work everyday, 4 days out of the week I always get "we are running slow". I know there lying because like I had mentioned I have 2 friends that work at the same location as me. And they work everyday 5 days a week. Then they like to play with peoples money, and im not the only one to say either. I went in to bring my work ticket in that was already signed off, now at this time they had been planning to change the pay to weekly instead of daily, but it was also mentioned that once in effect they would hold every ones pay until pay day, well it wasn't mentioned at all to me. It was 7/5/2016 9:00 in the morning I went in to drop off my ticket. The lady said she was going to call me when I can come in to pick up my paystub which can be requested anytime no matter when you get paid. So she didn't call for a good 2 hours and it doesn't but 5 minutes to process the ticket. She answers and tells me that she wasn't going to process my ticket because the daily pay is changing to weekly pay this week, I asked her if that's in effect today as we speak which again was on 7/5/2016 11 am. She couldn't even say yes. She kept saying this week this week. Well if its not in effect today then she shouldn't be holding on to my work ticket she should be processing it. They are liars, they like to have attitudes with the clients, they play people, and it also seems if your not a Mexican then you are SOL! And I have people to back that up from Escondido to Claremont.

We sent the whole staff of Madera Painting to become employees of Pirate Staffing. I can't say enough about the kindness, responsiveness and relief that we experience by choosing to work with Pirate Staffing.
I like the safety video that is part of processing the men into work through Pirate. Alma, Michelle and Eric are warm, insightful and understand the world of work. We enjoy working with them. We experience that they genuinely care about our business. The paperwork is user friendly.
The other staffing agency we tried seemed distant and disengaged comparatively. We had no idea that going with a staffing agency could be a plus and recommend it to employers to streamline their operations. Rebecca Speer and John Foos

This is a workplace where you can come and ask for a job when its needed .... I was struggling myself looking for a job too be referred by this agency . They work with you as you work with them .. Get hired and cant make it , they work with you. Friendly staff, and if you talk with em , bout having no ride, they can work with you ... Come and give it a try , hours, places and etc. may vary ... No ride, its okay. I have my owm experience here and you can have yours ... #PirateStaffing
