I found the majority of the staff to be judge mental uncaring and un professional. their are some really good and amazing staff that work their and I apologize for lumping them in with the for menchend staff, I will not name anyone individual I think that would be petty and unproductive, even tho my name and personnel information was regularly leeked and openly discussed with many of the residents of our community. I also would like to apologize for my spelling and gramer, I was in special education thru out school for such problem's witch worsend after I had my first stroke. its also worth noting that in 45 years of life I have never been a drug user .I drank most of my adult life and smoked some pot in high school and college. my family first came to this part of Colorado in the late eighteen hundred's early nineteen hundreds, my grand father helped lay the foundation of the old hospital after retuning from the war. I was one of the last scheduled birth's at the old hospital and my grand father was one of the last one's to die at the old hospital, I have deep ties to the hospital and are community having worked at the new hospital my self. so I get no joy from telling my bad experiences as a patient and why I will never go back to hospital for any kind of treatment or even call for advise or a doctor referral. Nor do I ever plan on stepping in the building if I can help it, witch is not easy seeing as their the only one we have, and with my ever worsening condition I should be seen by a Doctor bye weekly at least, my olney saving grace is the a mazingin home care giver company I am Lucky to be using. I see that my terrible experience with the hospital is way to long to be discussed hear in a review section but am open to sharing with whomever would like to know. to put it brefaley, I was treated as a unwanted bother with substandard care by judge mental people that do not care about. dignity respect compassion let alone the law's or hips contracts that were regularly ignored and broken by many of the staff there, every time I went for a scedualed visit or in the er, I was looked down apon judged and made to feel imberased and even unsure of my weakening mentall state as I'm nearing the painful end of my life do to my illness I left their every time hopping I would just die sooner especially after hearing about my personal medical confidential information at every place I went in town, I no longer feel welcome in my own community and now spend what is left of my life hiding from the town I grew up in do to emberasment and shame I hide away not getting the proper medical and mental care I need even tho the in home care company I use is amazing I do not have a Doctor I'm trieng to find one witch is very dificalet with my condition and travel limatacions. so I plan on spending what remains of what I guess you could call life alone embaresed and just sad. hear oin the olney thing I have left my home, all the while no cares are given from the hospital or staff, not so much as a call to the terminally I'll expatiant that should have filed a law suit, witch as I right this lieng in the confines of my room tears of pain rolling down my face hoping the pain will stop phisicaly and mentally knowing it won't. Thank you pioneers medical center. Good job intimidating and embarasing a dieingn man

Excellent facility, Dr Borchard is the best! Meeker is a remote, tight knit community without many housing options and most of the staff have to travel in order to work there so it is extra impressive!

The best experience I've ever had in a hospital, staff was prompt and got me in very quickly, very informative and making sure I understood them 100%, great sense of humor from everyone, had to draw some blood, I didn't feel a thing, overall experience 10/10.
Thank to all the staff for keeping me comfortable while I was in pain.

There's no fax numbers on the websites to the clinics or the main hospital making it difficult for providers to send orders or referrals. It's not clear that the hospital entrance is behind the building and the main entrance does not reliably have someone at the front desk to help visitors.

I commend the extra precautions for this time but maybe get someone at the door that is not so rude and has a little compassion. I took my son today and was not allowed in which I under stand but being rude at this time is not the answer I don't care what is going in the world be professionally and compassionate to people. Not like we walked in with a group of people,it was 2 people and being nice is something this world needs. Definitely made me think if this is the right place for our family. Being treated like a piece of garbage is not the answer.

Do not work here as a traveler. This place brought me from Alaska to help the facilities laboratory. The Manager doesn't manage instead she allowed her employee Yvonne to micromanage and belittle the travelors away with false accusations and constantly asked me to leave specimens unprocessed so that other departments were made to have to call for results. I was practically begged to come help the facilitiy and 6 weeks later let go early by 7 weeks. Everything I went through was unnecessary. I should have known things weren't right when Yvonne would rather run to the ED to ask for help with a draw rather then ask a lab employee who's there to help. I provided great service and I am disappointed such good work would go unnoticed.

A beautiful hospital Staffed with professional and caring medical staff as well as support staff. Very clean and very well-maintained facilities give this hospital a certain charm that is intensified by the beautiful surroundings. Plus the front entrance is near the cafeteria so it smells like french fries 🙂

Went in to get a blood test. Had a fever so they believed I had COVID-19. I asked if we could do the blood test anyway. I didn’t mind doing the COVID-19 test as well, however they only did the COVID-19 and no other tests. COVID rapid test came up negative. I was sent home and told to come back only if I felt worse. This entire process took an hour.
