If you are planning on using Pimentel Academic Services for standardized test prep, I would recommend to review all options before opting into a course. My biggest criticism from a student's perspective is on the Math portion of the SAT. I understand the the calculator is an important tool, and if used wisely, can be the difference between an incredibly high score and an above average score. However, I was really confused was when we used the calculator to solve problems on section three of the SAT (the 25 minute, 20 question, no calc). It made me wonder if my time was better put elsewhere. I've had other peers of mine have the same issue. I can't speak to the service of AP or individual tutoring as I elected not to pay for this. PAS is not for all students, it definitely was not for me. 3/5
