Former employee here.
It's amazing this place takes care of elderly, while employees are terminated unlawfully.
Place is like a funeral parlor, upper management is rigid, toxic and vindictive.
My former CFO hated me personally, couldn't trust him at all, loves to yell at you as well, doesn't delegate or manage.
Don't go here. Their finances are not in order.

I have been a client of PCOA for at least 3 years. Each time it’s a struggle to get them to return calls. They are not good with follows ups
Either. They have excuses for everything and they keep you waiting for days! And you can’t talk to anyone when you call them cuz of their voice message system has changed. ?‍♀️

As a senior, I needed help now and I was told I would be put on a waitlist of over a year before they would even consider talking to me. They were not terribly helpful.

I had called them and asked for a referral to Southwest legal aid. Of course, within I believe a day I got a phone call back from someone that works there and she and I had a quick conversation and then she said she would be happy to do the referral which she did and I got to speak to an attorney Very quickly.
The other thing that I had called PCOA was to try to get some information on any services that I might be able to be eligible for.
Veronica helped me and guided me through which resources to apply for and she also set an appointment with me in the next few days to go over the specifics of my medical health. What I could do what I can’t do can I make meals etc. at the end of the conversation she said well I’m gonna put you on the list so I think that was really great. We’ll see how it goes but I really have gotten just wonderful treatment from PCOA. I appreciate them so much .

The staff is very down to earth and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the resources available to help seniors. They are literally just a phone call away and will do what is needed, guide families and be there during confusing or difficult times.

I wanted info on a program and the employee looked confused.
She eventually game me a flyer and a card with a specific name and number to call regarding the program.
I called the number ND the person on the other end responded she didn't know why her number keeps being given out by PCOA.
NO HELP AT ALL!
