These guys are awesome! Jason helped me choose the right equipment for my commercial snow removal needs. No pressure, just information. I was looking for a tractor to mow an acreage that I have. I contacted Pillar and worked with Jason to find the right tractor. We ended up with a Kubota B2650. The tractor has the power that I wanted and the belly mower cuts great at a high rate of speed. I went with the Quick Hitch system for the 3pt making hooking and unhooking a breeze. Great service and knowledge of the equipment at Pillar. I strongly recommend Pillar Equipment.

Bought a used commercial grade zero turn sight unseen. Worked with Jason over the phone, and sent someone to pick it up! The process was seamless, easy financing options, and the mower runs and looks great!

Purchased new snowblower, weed eater with attachments, leaf blower, 2 chargers and 2 batteries in 2019. I waited for a review so I could give honest opinion. Snowblower gas tank leaked immediately and even tho they said repaired , it caught on fire a year later from the gas tank. I was told it was customer error and they refused to fix it.
The weed eater was cumbersome and was a chore to redo the string and the attachment was cheap and did not do anything but scratch the surface of dirt. Batteries went kaput 3 years after I purchased and were replaced but warranty was not extended so they went bad 2 years after replacement. I do not recommend this company as it is overpriced for the shoddy workmanship of their product and you can get a black and decker that will last you 5 years for the price of 1 of pilar defective batteries.i picked them back up and said this company does not stand behind its products and the employee said " that's Husqvarna for you" see, even the employee doesn't back this product!

Update: batteries were stored inside every winter and we're maintained but thank you for implying that it was again customer instead of bad products. The person who originally helped me way back when doesn't even work there anymore but nice of you to reply and make my case for me lol
