Don't waste your time on this place, there is never anyone available to talk to even after phone calls and emails. The reviews about scheduling are correct. You either make it or don't. If you are attending because of court, then do yourself a favor and don't play with your freedom. Go somewhere else.

Absolutely unprofessional refused to schedule appointment because I expressed issues with there scheduling of the initial assessment. I would like the owner to contact me as well as I'll be filing complaints with BBB as well as the DV board they get licensing through.

Worst place they will make you do tons of classes and still fail you unsuccessful ! And they won’t give you credit if you transfer to another counseling service they just want to fail everyone and send you back to jail do not recommend !
