The order they have services are unfair. These ladies having babies just to keep services some fake to get SSI and the rest have to wait over 5 and under 60 🤔🙄 GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY.

I called and told they lady that I was calling trying to get energy assistance since I'm low income and I'm behind on my bill.

She said, Call back on da 28th, I can't do no nothin today. I said, so I can't do anything until I call on the 28th? She said, That what I said sir! I said ok. She hung up.

Extremely rude!!!! With tons of attitude!!!! I don't know why you would keep an employee with an attitude like that. Especially at a place that's supposed to be helping people.

1st time I have ever been to this place. Was there on October 24th 2023 around 4:40 pm with my daughter and grand daughter. There was a man standing outside the door with a PCCEO SHIRT on. We are assuming he is an employee. This man was very helpful, upbeat, smiling, and had a very welcoming kind of attitude.. he was genuinely courteous. Even though we didn't get to do what we thought we were there to do this man made our visit very much worth it. I wish i could of caught his name. If there were more of people like him on this planet we would all be in a lot better place. Thank you to the gentleman that made our day a little brighter just because of your friendly attitude. We appreciate you and the person you are, in more ways than I can describe

These people don’t care about any of us. When you ask to talk to someone and they go get that person they come back without them and says they don’t want to talk to you. That is discrimination. They won’t even return your phone calls when you leave a voice mail. I’ve been waiting for over a week now for them to call me back. I called today and they don’t even want to answer. Pcceo sucks and doesn’t care about their citizens.
