Wide open spaces, and nooks and crannies. It's open late and has whiteboards for use. Good library. Could use more power outlets.

I love it but they don't have any vending machines or any small shops to buy snacks from. The working hours should be 24/7 or at least they should open at 7 or 6 am in the morning and close at 12 at night.
They don't have a water dispenser with hot water, which is absolutely necessary.

Lots of great open space, study rooms, quiet spaces and great assthetics. Restrooms aren't always in the best condition, and there's usually random items laying about for several days.

The Galvin Library, IIT Mies' Campus library, is a great place to study. There is a quiet area, as well as a more social area for people studying in groups or for those who want some background noise. The library has a very open floor plan, and is architecturely significant as well.
