I booked a confirmed Bright Horizons backup care reservation for my infant, verified by both online confirmation and a follow-up phone call. Upon arrival, I was told by the director that all drop-in reservations had been canceled, and she denied having any record of my booking. This discrepancy between confirmed reservation and denial of service left me without childcare.

The director's communication was unprofessional and dismissive, showing a lack of empathy and providing no clear explanation for the cancellation. While other staff were welcoming, the director's handling of the situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this center for reliable backup care.

I am so grateful for Pathways at Grace Commons Church! I had my daughter enrolled for one year and when we relocated out of Colorado, it was tough to say goodbye! The staff at Pathways were caring, patient & resilient. The school went through some management change & the teachers and staff handled the transitions with grace and good spirit.
Several staff members had their children enrolled in the building, but it was hard to say who was a staff-kid because every child was loved so well.
Leaving your precious child with strangers can be hard, but Pathways didn't feel like strangers for long.

Please BE AWARE… I am very sad to write this review as I believed I left this school in good hands… I really wished the best but This school constantly runs out of ratio having 22 kids of different ages with 2 teachers 😤 and puts teachers in ratio that are not qualified. I am appalled to see the conditions, constantly disgusted by the environment (always trashed and unclean/unsanitary) and the way teachers talk to children and about children. If you are wanting to work here be aware of no bathroom breaks and having unsafe conditions for both you and the children… if you want to bring your children here please be aware the director is on maternity leave congratulations but they do not have someone appropriate in that school. They also do not an appropriate amount of teachers and they do not have an Infant Nursery Supervisor on staff that can appropriately run the infant classroom. Again I am so sad to write this review but future parents please be aware.

Our daughter has been here for 3 years and she’s enjoyed every minute of it. She is well taken care of and Ashley is a rockstar of a director!

Our daughter attended Pathways for 2 years and she had a fantastic experience. The facility was clean, safe, and well-equipped with toys and learning materials. She enjoyed the activities and made new friends. They have mix Indoor and outdoor play activities planned daily. School also provide meals thrice a day which is good point here.

All the teachers were masters in engaging kids in various activities throughout the day. We also appreciated the regular updates we received via the app. Director Miss. Liz was very supportive and understanding, which made us feel at ease. She brought new feel to school.

Lastly, the location of the daycare is very convenient, being right next to Downtown Boulder station. I would definitely recommend this preschool to other families looking for quality preschool.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Pathways! And our daughter is thriving here.

The staff members are always friendly, engaged, and willing to take time to talk to us. We get regular picture/video updates, information about lesson plans, diet and meal calendars, and email communications that keep us informed about news and events.

The director, Liz, has an office directly next to the facilities entrance. And her door is always open! We feel comfortable just popping in to say hi or start a conversation about the school and our daughter. That's assuming she's not already walking out to greet us and give us updates, or say hi to our kiddo!

The care they give our daughter is individualized and thoughtful. We feel like we're working in partnership with the school to guide our daughter's development through supporting her unique needs. She's actually excited to go in when we drop her off in the morning!

They prioritize safety with thorough security measures, routine fire drills, rapid communication, and reasonable staff:child ratios.

They have outstanding hours, keep us engaged, provide a friendly/safe environment, offer reasonable pricing, and have a dedicated team of childcare staff that's credentialed/qualified/experienced. What more could you want!?

We're incredibly happy with our experience as a family at Pathways. And not once have we considered changing daycares.

They deserve so much credit as a Daycare for their hard work and dedication.

We love Pathways! This place has been incredible. My daughter is currently in the Infant 1 classroom and her teacher, Miss Andrea, is the absolute best. She has really worked at establishing a bond with my daughter. She is thoughtful, communicative, and I truly feel that my baby is in great hands. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the Director and Assistant Directors as well. They make it a point to get to know each kid. They also have an app where they give updates, send pictures, and text you about your kid. It definitely eases my new parent anxieties.

This is a very well maintained and run facility. The staff are all very kind and caring. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. I trust them with the safety of my daughter. I’ve watched her interpersonal skills grow since she’s been her. Everyone seems well attuned to the needs of both children and parents here. I’d highly recommend bringing your child here. Keep up the good work!
