Tough work schedule? You wont find a more accommodating place ever. Sifu Post is great. All ages, all physical fitness levels are welcome. I have been a few months with a hectic work schedule but i can feel the difference in my fitness. Plus you get to learn self defense techniques - thats a plus. Dont overthink it - just take a leap.

Originally, I was a student between the years 2008 - 2012 (I was a teenager these years). I rejoined in 2023. The lessons I learned during my first 4 years helped carry me through college and propel my professional career. It taught me the value of hard work and how to handle difficult situations. I genuinely believe it was one of the best decisions my parents made for my development. I am thankful that they provided me the opportunity to train here.

Additionally, I have trained under the same teacher, Sifu Post, as both an adult and a teenager. While I think he was a great teacher in 2008, he has also grown significantly. This is the embodiment of White Dragon, to always continue learning/growing no matter who you are.

I have been a student at the Thornton location since June 2021 and the decision to be involved here has been absolutely life changing for me. The training is demanding and you get the results of the work you put into it. I have lost 50lbs and am in my best physical condition in many years. White Dragon has a variety of classes for kids and my daughter (6) is a beginner student here as well.

Sifu Post is an excellent motivator and is dedicated to the success and development of his students at all levels. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and I am grateful to have the support and encouragement of my Pai Lum brothers and sisters. There have been many examples of the organization, and its students, going well beyond expectations to support each other in the short time that I have been here.

In addition to a wide range of class options: beginners to advanced, kids, teens, and adults, private and group, the school offers special clinics (summer camp is the best!), tournaments and other opportunities like picnics and banquets for students to come together.

I highly recommend Pai Lum White Dragon Martial Arts. It is a great place to develop your physical and mental well being and build lasting relationships in a positive environment.

One of the best decisions i have ever made. Sifu Post has taught me so much and I've grown a lot in the nearly 2 years that I attended. While there I not only learned how to fight, i learned to focus my energy into more positive things in life, and met some amazing people along the way. In doing so I have become more aware of what I want from life and it has helped me to set goals and achieve them. Unfortunately my decision to leave Colorado means that i can no longer train with Sifu Post. My experience here will stick with me for life and I’m very grateful to have found this place. I hope to keep pursuing martial arts, but this place certainly ignited a spark.

Tonight I participated in a Women's Self Defense class led by Sifu Post. We were taught some helpful techniques to escape the grip of an attacker. Sifu Post had some advanced students of his to give us a real world perspective of what it would be like to be attacked. EVERY WOMAN NEEDS THIS! Highly recommended for women of all ages.

I felt bad that my schedule didn't work out, but the customer service was absolute top notch. I've been a CS manager for many years, I highly suggest trying them out if you're interested. It may not have worked for me, but they're very responsive, and I hold that in a high regard.
