Did my discovery flight with this school, and it was amazing! The instructor was very nice and explained everything in a way I would really understand. Plus the take off and landing was very smooth! I’m definitely planning on attending later in 2024!!

I had a wonderful discovery flight here with Chris. He put me at ease about the experience with his calm and personal demeanor. I learned a lot while flying from his instruction, and had an excellent time taking the yoke and following his directions. The staff on the ground were friendly and helpful as well.

Currently a complex student at Over the Mountain Aviation for about a year now and I couldn't recommend them more. I have flown with several instructors over the course of my 2 years of flying, and I haven't met an instructor I've enjoyed flying with as much as Seth. He is an extremely knowledgeable, safe, and understanding instructor. My first school was a part 141 and at this school, a part 61, you'll notice it is much easier to go at your own pace. I can quickly go from flying 6 hours a week to 15 and I love that flexibility alone. Part of that flexibility comes from their fleet, OTM have a fantastic fleet of aircraft that stay available. In my time I have only had 1, maybe 2 cancellations due to maintenance. As of writing this, they have 4 Cessna's that stay booked for training, but 4 Piper's that stay open. I can't speak to their Piper's, but all of their Cessna's are steam gauge, which I have felt has greatly improved my skills practicing IFR. Very happy with the training I've received and the staff that I've met.

Great instructors and wonderful school! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have. Mark is a great instructor. He really know how to break down all the information you need, and make you feel confident. Plus he’s got tons of awesome stories. The Aircraft are pretty nice and well maintained.

My husband took a discovery flight and I got to ride with. The whole experience start to finish was great. Sam the CFI was awesome, very helpful and engaging
