Tried attending an event that was scheduled through Eventbrite, paid in advance, showed the day of the event and no one was there. Door was locked and no one returned my calls. Asking for a refund and won't be trying again.

Yoga with Terry Talbot on Tues and Thurs is a great class for older adults. We get a complete, and gentle work out relaxing and strengthening our tight bodies-especially the lower back and hips!

My 81 year old grandma decided she wanted to try yoga so we did a Ying Yoga class and it was AWESOME! The teacher was amazing and helped my grandma through every step and made sure she was comfortable! Can’t wait to go back!
