Our family was on vacation near Gunnison, and as a new pilot (PPL), I wanted to get some mountain / high-elevation training. I spent 2 hours with Tannith - 1 hour of "ground school" and 1 hour in the air. Fantastic! I know I am still JUST getting started, but those 2 hours were PERFECT - just what I needed. This was also my first time at the controls of a Cessna, and Tannith let me learn just enough about the 182, without that becoming the focus of our training. Tannith is clearly a VERY skilled instructor, and she is also just a genuine, nice person.

Tanith is an excellent CFII with thousands of hours of experience teaching basic and advanced flight training and mountain flying. Her aircraft is very well maintained and a pleasure to fly. Had a scenic flight around Gunnison area the clouds cut into seeing all Crested Butte, but our pilot found us great views anyways. I will definitely book another flight next time I'm here.
