My son attends the infant class for about month now; so far he’s loving it. Like most babies, it took him awhile to warm up but his teacher Ms. Latoya was very patience with him. Now Ms. Latoya is his favorite teacher. You can definitely Ms. Latoya has a lot of experience and loves kids. She is super sweet and nice. She is a great communicator. She keeps me and my husband updated with our son daily activities. Again, it’s only been a month so post a future update.

Worst daycare, don't bring your child here!
The teachers are the worst they have no structure basically they put all the kids in one room to run around. I had the worst experience with my son. They did not teach anything educational to him.

My kids have been going to this facility since December of 2016 and they absolutely love it. My youngest sons teacher Ms. Farhana is amazing she has taught him so much she prepared him for kindergarten at such an early age. All the staff is wonderful they treat my children as if they were their own. They keep me informed via text,phone call or email if any message needs to be relayed when you want to check on your kids you can call anytime throughout the day and talk to them directly if needed. They are great I recommend if you are searching for a daycare this is the place.

I Have been with this facility for about 5months, and I wish I would have came sooner! My son is in the discovery preschool program and we love it, his art work is my favorite part! I love KinderCare and the staff at this facility it is a safe and fun learning place for my son! If I ever have more children they will also come here !

I just witnessed Mrs Gladys roughly grab and yell at a little girl in the preschool room. It was so severe that the little girl immediately began flexing her hands and rotating her wrist upon Mrs Gladys releasing her from her grips. After this, i then observed Mrs Gladys yell at the girl in her face that she told her to get up and go sit over in the circle time area. I let her know immediately that I saw what she did. I told the director who told me that Mrs Gladys was here for 10 years and that she never had a complaint. She also told me that she was going to investigate it. I got my kids and asked for a refund of the days not used and the director did initiate the refund but it will take 4 to 6 weeks to obtain it. I am waiting for the police as we speak to make sure this is followed through with. I am so hurt. I really need the daycare services but i do not feel comfortable leaving my children here. This was only the third day. Between myself and others who were permitted to take and pick up my children from the facility, the observations were all the same. It does not give off a clean, well maintained, and orderly appeal. Some of the teachers unfortunately look inexperienced and have a lack of patience and initiative. No one will ever treat your kids how you will granted, but parents please never be so desperate to toss your kids off to these places. The people that we entrust to care for our children while we are working hard to provide for them don't always have there best interests at heart. I have class in a matter of hours and dont have babysitting now.

The review below me...child in the incident was my child. I have been a Kindercare customer since 2011 in Rancho and this Olivewood Center since 2014. I have NEVER had a complaint. My children are well loved on and cared for. The curriculum is perfect and my girls are advanced in education thanks to the teachings from Kindercare and the dedication and hard work from the teachers. In defense of Ms. Gladys she loves my kiddo and my kiddo loves her. My daughter admitted that she wasn't listening and when I asked if she was hurt or thought that Ms. Gladys was mean to her and she said no. My 3 (almost 4) year old daughter had to be questioned by police thanks to this parent who blew the situation way out of proportion. Even the cop stated he found no evidence of any wrong doing and felt that sometimes you just can't please people. As someone who works with people on the daily as well I know just how true it is. I love Olivewood Kindercare and the teachers and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.
