We had my nephews bday party here over the weekend. When we arrived someone was inside painting all of the walls even though we had reserved the space. I ended up getting paint on the front of my nice shirt while trying to decorate. Besides the attempt at painting, it didn't look like anyone has done the upkeep for the building and it's looking very run down inside. Not a place I'd rent.
