Kenny is amazing! My daughter has been attending class here for the last few months and it has been great. My daughter struggles to pay attention and watching her in class has been indescribable. Kenny is patient yet stern with the kids. You can tell that he has been doing this for a long time and yet... still has passion and love for the art. I would recommend this dojo to anyone...

I have been practicing martial arts with the Nyquist family for over 20 years! 20 years of being guided, grounded, humbled and taught by nothing but the best! The instructors in the gym are second to none. They truly believe in a family atmosphere, where there is no judgment and everyone is not only welcomed, but challenged and encouraged to do better! The gym offers a wide variety of classes for all ages. My children have taken martial arts here and enjoyed sensei Nyquist and his daughter! I've taken kickboxing here for almost 2 years, after taking time Off to raise children. I also participate in the strength and conditioning class, which is amazing to loose weight and build to bigger classes! Want to fight? Look no further than the NRMA fight team, the most dedicated team, lead by individuals with years of experience! Come try this family owned business, you won't be disappointed, see you in class!

Such a great atmosphere at Nyquist Martial Arts! These guys really care about their students! I'm just the photographer, but these kids love being there! If your looking to get your kid into martial arts, or as an adult looking for somewhere to train, I highly recommend Kenny and Jen. 5 star, top notch.

My son has been in NRMA for about a year and a half now and it has been an amazing journey with Kenny as his sensei, my son has learned so much and has became an amazing marital artist thanks to Kenny. This is the best MMA Dojo I have found and Kenny puts passion and love into all the kids. I definitely recommend this Dojo.
