The teachers here are incredible. My son is not an easy child and they handle him with grace and care. I truly appreciate their empathy and love they pour into my child. I highly recommend kindercare!

We LOVE this KinderCare. Our son has been in the infant room since August 2023, starting when he was 9 weeks old, it was very hard letting him go off and be cared for by complete strangers, but I have gotten to know his teachers and I am so happy he is in this daycare program. They send pictures almost every day, and everything is documented in the app, meals, changings, activities, it is the most reassuring thing.
We have had a few issues, but once we brought up our concerns with the Director, she always was very understanding of our concerns and always made sure they were addressed. It has been awesome having our son in this program, and when we have more children, we plan on enrolling them in this KinderCare as well.

My son (preschool age) has been going here for 4 months and I have had a great experience. When I pick him up he always tells me how much fun he had during the day. They send pictures and updates of what goes on through your child’s day. The staff is always kind and helpful. The only reason we are leaving is because we are moving out of state. Thank you so much for taking great care of my son, you all will be missed!

This center is absolutely amazing. Every single teacher I have had the pleasure of speaking to has every child's best interest in mind. I started here with my second baby, and had never used a child care center before. So I was scared. They have been so kind and patient and reassuring every step of the way. I trust them with my kiddo more than other people I have known for years. My youngest is also not a people person and takes time to be comfortable. Within a month, she was reaching her arms out for them when I would drop her off. I couldn't be more happy with sending my child here to learn and grow, and be well cared for while I am at work.

My son has been attending Northwoods Kinder Care since March of last year. In that time I ha e nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff Tina the manager and Jo, Megan, Jackie , and Natalie’s his teachers have all been amazing. They have incredibly understanding and flexible with schedule. They are meticulous with my sons care and making sure things are documented and appropriately handled. He is in a safe learning environment and has been happy. The staff is great about working with the specific needs of of the children and parents. They have always honored my wishes and maintained or continued the learning activities that I plan for my son. All in all I could not be happier.

I'm always extremely pleased with the service, communication, and environment my child experiences while at Northwoods KinderCare. I truly believe that staff cares for our family and our child and we're not just another customer. Tina, the director, is always extremely fast to respond to any communication and quick to communicate to families when there are important notices, such as weather alerts, etc. I'm very pleased with our choice to pick Northwoods over a year ago and now I can't picture going anywhere else, I can't imagine it would be the same great experience.

This clinic allowed 3 incidences of child abuse to our son within 1 month of him staying there. He was left forgotten outside unsupervised for an undisclosed amount of time. He was left uncleaned with a poopy diaper for long enough to leave a horrible diaper rash. In the final incident my wife walked in to see a worker drop my son on his face from waist level. A police report was filed and the employees corroborated a story to lie to the police officers. All of these things happened and they were able to get away with it because they don’t have security cameras. I strongly urge you to avoid this corrupt corporation at all costs. Our son was severely set back in trusting individuals from all the things he had to go thru at this facility. Don’t let this company abuse your child!

This place is neglectful I called concerned about my child and they told me that everything was fine after my kid got hurt and they were doing everything to take care of the situation there supposed to report these things to parents but neglected to do that and had said it's happened on multiple occasions yet I've never heard about it I share custody of my child with my ex wife and she never got told about it either they were keeping it from the parents keeping us questioning what happened to our child and now that we called and asked they said it was nothing to worry about but my kid comes home with bruises and cuts like she's being attacked yet nothing has been done if I could give less stars I most definitely would I would never trust my child or any one else's child there ever again they don't care it's all about money for them
