I should have just went to some big uni with better professors and staff. Admin team over here will almost make you lose your scholarships over laziness, the professors here wont tell you class is cancelled until 15 minutes before wasting your time and gas. Would at least give a two star if it wasn’t for the fact you put up mental health posters trying to show “support” for your students but you are in fact the reason a lot of these students are depressed in the first place. Going from highschool to this was a major downgrade, I should have saved my money and gone else where but now im struggling to get a two year degree with the little scraps I have left. Thank you NTCC, for crushing all my hopes and dreams 😎

The Hiset teachers are racist, rude, and have zero respect for our children. They want to say it’s an adult program and anyone under 18 should act like an adult at that point and when they do they want to throw a fit. AND IF that teacher EVER slams a door on my child again there will be charges filed against her!! I don’t know who y’all got running around teaching these kids, but they are not educated that’s for sure!!!!!

During the start of the pandemic classes were cancelled and I was promised people would contact me when classes began again. After a year had gone by I began trying to reach out, not only did this location itself not answer me, NSTCC also completely ghosted me and my family as I desperately tried to get back into classes before my test scores could expire. Because of this, and my distrust for this program and college, I am struggling to find a new place to pursue my GED. Absolutely horrid experience for someone who had to drop out of and put so much time into preparing for this program.

It’s been 2 full weeks as of today that a voicemail was left TWICE! Good luck trying to enroll with lack of communication! School is beautiful Mrs Gail is SWEET, but this is a HORRIBLE way to run a campus depending on the future of enrollees.

The administration staff Mrs. Nicole and Mrs Gail are wonderful they help in every way possible. The college is a wonderful place of learning and a wonderful place for earning a degree. I love the classes and the time they are scheduled.

Do not expect these people to answer your important calls or your emails at all. You will have to show up to campus if you have questions or need help with anything.
