Exceptional service from Anthony, even after hours! What a friendly bunch! Myself and my crew were very grateful to be able to get home thanks to the efforts of Alisha and Anthony at Northgate late in the evening on a very long and hot day. We’ll be back!

I was stranded in Chico summer of 2021, I felt Kurt did a good job replacing a cylinder and about 4 weeks later I picked up my plane. I managed to get a few flights in before winter and come spring of 2022 when we traveled cross country I discovered my “ Bruce’s Custom Cover” was missing. The last place I had it was passing through Chico when we broke down. I spoke with Alicia and Kurt, they were sympathetic but I get the impression they don’t believe me. No inventory was done, no photos of items left in the plane. I took my headsets with me because they are small, but a big duffel bag cover is a little different. I thought it would be hard to lose with its size and my N number on it. I don’t know what exactly the issue is, unsecured hangar, sticky fingers, or just misplaced my gear with another aircraft that flew away. I would guess they put my stuff with another aircraft and it flew away with it. Maybe one day it will turn up, but for now I would not trust my aircraft with them. With a lack of attention to detail I am fortunate a lost cover is my only problem.

Very easy FBO to find when flying in. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. It's super convenient to use their crew car to ride into town to get a bite to eat. Fuel is a good price too! On of my favorite ground handlers!

Landed late at night just as the tower was closing. We were greeted by the Northgate staff who I am sure were just itching to get home. However, they patiently waited to make sure that my passenger and I had our hotel reservations and our fuel order in place before they kindly gave us a crew car to use to get to our hotel. The next morning we departed and I realized that I left my tablet behind in the crew car. Once again, the Northgate staff took care of me by shipping the tablet to my home in a box so well padded it could have survived a fall from my airplane.

Thank you so much Alicia and staff for all your help. You will see me again in the future.

This place is truely a gem to find. We flew a UH-60 from Fort Irwin to JBLM and had to stop at Northgate because we had been here before and knew it was awesome. We called a head of time and when we arrived were met by Alicia, the Chief Operating Officer. She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, to include some amazing sandwiches. As a bonus, the entire hanger is decorated with Star Wars items and painting everywhere. If I ever fly through the area again, Northgate Aviation will definitely be a pre-planned stop. Thanks Alicia!
