I’m reading other reviews and can see I’m not the only one. I’m sorry for all the families out there not getting the services they need. I’m in the same boat. They’re all talk, but when it comes down to getting a service, it takes way too long or it never happens. Most of my emails require follow up weeks later. Supervisor never replies, ever. I’m so disappointed and it’s my son who is suffering for not being able to get any of these services. Very rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced staff.

I've been with this regional center for many years. Services were always amazing and my case worker was amazing as well. This year and last year have been so horrible for me. Seems like a lot of case workers left. Calls are never returned by workers and supervisors. Not even my emails are answered. I'm so upset because they offer services for you and never follow up or help you. I heard a lot of changes have been going on to this location. By the looks of it even the people in charge are as bad as the case workers.

What a colossal disappointment and waste of time. Useless. That’s all I can say. 3 weeks reply time from “case manager” who really doesn’t care. My son has been diagnosed with spectrum back in November of 2023. As of today we haven’t received a single service. I’m supposed to be getting respite service at home but they can’t provide that service. It was suggested to us that we find a family member or a friend who can do that. I found a qualified person. In two weeks they didn’t care to onboard her and so she found another job. I’d be burning in shame if this was how I “perform” my job duties.

I’m not very happy with you regional center as you encouraged my sociopathic mother to get guardianship over me in the first place when I never needed one because my autism is mild and not require a guardian. I DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO TRUST THEM…

Been waiting for more than three weeks for my son to be given the classes he was suggested. Reached out and still haven’t gotten a call back, reading other reviews seems like it’s pretty normal for this center to not get back to the parents. Oh well, they shouldn’t offer services if they aren’t able to honor them. Let’s see how many more weeks have to pass so I can get my son the help he needs. Very sad.

My wife and I tried to get help from Regional Center for our son almost a year. So many phone appoitments, mails/e-mails, tests and papers to fill in. At last we were approved and got contacts to our coordinator. It took around 3 weeks to call and mail him and when finally he called me back he told me that Regional Center doesn't provides for childs with autism speech therapy or other therapies, only babysitter if my wife wants to come to supermarket. A long way in a year to hear this...
Upgrade. We got the new worker and situation improved significantly. She and her supervisor really try to help us. I wish that all who needs help get it ASAP. Thank you!

The regional center recently came over to my house and I’ve told them about my experience about going to one day program that I didn’t like that my dad tried sending me to and they told me that they don’t really have enough Programs because they have their clients who are low functioning and they said that the Access transportation is Difficult for the most part because they show up late and most of the day programs they have are far away from where I am honestly they don’t know how to treat their clients at disabilities and they don’t know what they’re doing honestly last time they came over. They told my dad that they didn’t have a program for me and the only option they had was living in a group home which I think is really stupid. If you or someone you know, has a disabled adult or child that’s part of the regional center. Please be careful and try not to recommend them. They never bother to call you back or make a promise to get you into a program. They got a lot of problems.

they are extremely rude. I used to have services with them and I wanted to reopen my case of the ladies answer the phone and then hung up and sent me to voicemail and now I’m stuck on voicemail. They don’t care about you.
