Amazing program with excellent instructors. Professional, kind, and they care about student success. They ensure you are prepared to be the best CNA possible with their thorough skills training and informative lectures. The owner, Roxanne, is an awesome person as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here. My class all grew to be friends, and it felt like a very supportive environment, which is hard to find in a lot of CNA or nursing programs. I am pleased to say I passed my exams on my first try and have already gotten a job offer, and I just graduated! Nothing but nice things to say about this program.

I give North Bay CNA 5stars because they are well deserved! The clinical hours is hands on Hospital setting training that has been highly educational and has inspired me to go further into the health care field. The best experience for me has been the team of educators North Bay has to offer: Roxanne is always there for advice and guidance, Julie is a great teacher and she is always hands on training . I just wanted to give a shot out to the north Bay CNA school in Rohnert park, I am a 47 mother of five adult children, grandmother of four I am a caregiver and Nail Tech. I wanted to further my education but have not been in school for over 20 years. I was nervous and anxious about doing it, but when I came to the North bay CNA school, Roxanne, the owner help me through everything and made the experience of coming back to the unknown comforting and excited I told her about my times that I worked and times I would be able to go to school and she had options for all my needs, which made it so easy for me to make it work with my tight schedule. She was amazing and comforting to not only me but to everybody, She hyped all of us up and made us feel comfortable and excited to venture in a new career and help guide us through it, and she has the most amazing staff , not only was she amazing and so helpful but our instructor Juli was absolutely phenomenal like I said, I haven’t been to school in over 20 years. I have so much anxiety of doing it and Juli was amazing. Her instructions were clear to the point and always made everything sink in was so helpful and always willing to stay behind to help whoever needed it, I don’t think she ever slept because I think CNA‘s students would call her every day and all night and she never got mad she always picked up. I have learned so much from her and it makes a huge impact in my job that I do at my caregiving , I am sad It is almost over but I will forever be grateful and they are not gonna get rid of me. I will go visit and help out whenever needed. I give North bay a 10 star thank you Juli and Roxanne for everything and also Tami who helped with skills,I also Can’t forget The amazing graduating students who came and helped out our training. I thank you so much and thank you for making such a huge difference and helping me expand my career. I am forever grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back to show you guys how far I will go thanks to your knowledge.

North Bay CNA is well worth the price, with lots of staff for teaching skills, extremely organized testing dates and clinicals, and great communication between Roxanne, the owner, and the instructor. Roxanne truly cares about each student passing and provides lots of resources outside of class that are extremely useful to passing the class. All material taught in the classroom was relevant to the state exam. Highly recommend clearing out your schedule before taking the class if you are doing full time, it is exhausting and hard work. Only thing needed to take the class is a valid TB test, physical exam, and white scrubs for clinicals. Everything else is included in tuition and makes it very convenient.

The CNA program overall, was a great experience, I learned a lot, and it is a great way to kick off your nursing career. The teachers and Roxanne were very nice and very helpful for the learning experience. Tammy was also a great skills coach and helped me ace the skills part of the exam!

Julie and Roxanne were super amazing and helpful!!! As long as you apply yourself they are always willing to help and answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested in CNA!
