I have been working at the Nook since 2017 and I cannot recommend it enough! Working here has shown me how important working together as a team is. We have great communication between the staff and the families. Working at the Nook is a great experience for me because I am always ready to come to work everyday! The families I work with are amazing and over the years I have seen families grow, we are always excited to hear another sibling will be joining the Nook Family!

My kid previously attending the Nook Preschool and it is a truly special place. Jasmin is a phenomenal director. She work SO HARD to make everything seamless. We had previously been in a daycare with a "brand name" that was a terrible fit for our family and left me so anxious about the transition, but Jasmin immediately made me feel at ease. Luckily, we ended up in a phenomenal class (although I think they all are great!) with Miss Reyna, Vero, Ashley, and Yesenia, who are all WONDERFUL teachers and care about their children so much! We are so grateful that they took such good care of our kiddo. Everything is very organized, clean, and the food provided is top notch. Would highly recommend Nook Preschool for anyone looking for a daycare for their child!

Our son has been enrolled with The Nook since he was 5 months old, and we can't imagine him anywhere else!

He started at Nook #2 before joining the preschool in December and has continued to grow and impress us with his knowledge on a daily basis. His teachers, Ms. Reyna, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Yesenia and Ms. Vero are amazing. You can tell they care about each child and take care of their classroom. He also eats healthy and delicious meals thanks to Chef Shira.

Each week they have a theme (flowers, snakes, clouds, etc.), and our son loves finding or creating something at home to take for show and tell each Friday to match what he's learned that week.

They also offer Spanish, dance, soccer, music and ASL classes. He's constantly engaged, learning how to share and make new friends.

We also love the community we've built from being a part of The Nook. Most families live nearby, and the kids often play at the park together. We definitely recommend choosing Nook #1, Nook #2 and the preschool for your childcare needs!

Our daughter has attended three Nook locations (she started at Nook #2 as a 1 year old, transitioned to Nook #1 when she aged out at 3 and then to Nook Leavitt for Preschool). This school is truly exceptional and I cannot recommend it enough. She had Ms. Reyna, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Vero and Ms. Yesenia, all of whom she adores. The curriculum is impressive- music class, ASL, dance, sports, Spanish, weekly lesson themes etc. She is so excited to go to school each day and to give me her report of the daily activities when I pick her up. I'm so grateful to Nook for the level of care they provide and the environment they cultivate that has helped her love learning and participating in class.

Nook Preschool is simply amazing. I have been with the establishment for over 4 years and I have watched the children advance from infants to preschool. At each stage the children are being taught different lessons based on their age and development but it’s at the preschool level that we witness their independence and personality mature. The teachers in preschool are so patient with the children. I am in awe of how the teachers inspire the children to be responsible for their emotions and actions. The children are always eager to help and assist and I can tell that their teachers are the reason. The children also receive healthy balanced meals for breakfast, lunch and snack prepared fresh daily by the chef, me. The establishment overall is honestly top tier from the management down to the teachers. Our motto is love learn and collaborate and I believe we definitely stand by that. We collectively work hard every day to create a healthy, safe and warm environment for the children to thrive. I would recommend The Nook Preschool to my family & friends and I would encourage any one to apply for employment.

This place makes my heart happy! We have been at nook for almost a year now. I first tried it out via ‘hopping in’ when I went back to work. Aryan took to the teacher that same day! At that point my schedule was not straight forward so we had him at a different daycare. After a few months I realized that he wasn’t happy there and I could see why. The director changed, the staff wasn’t happy and their stress affected the kids. I changed over to nook right when Aryan was 3. We noticed a difference in him instantly. The teachers are awesome. You can tell that they are happy to be at work. I’m in awe as to how well they manage a group of 3-5 year olds. They enrich these kids. They’re creative. Their lesson plans are excellent. Ms. Pavlina and Ms. Eboni truly shine in their roles! What’s important when you look for a daycare? I babysat all the way up until I had my son. You want someone who genuinely loves being around kids. People who are organized, on time and make the trying job of taking care of kids look easy. And they do that cause it comes from the heart. And from a parents perspective they’re able to do that because they have an excellent director, Ms Stephanie. She is hands on. She is in daycare with the kids and in the preschool. She’ll take the time to address your needs via email and person. A great team makes for an awesome environment for your little one. This has been a wonderful experience for us!
