James and team are amazing! My daughters love attending classes, it's not only fun but a good challenge as well. We have noticed differences in the way they play sports and it would not have been possible without the Noble Fitness team! If you are looking for a great training facility this is it! Noble fitness has been wonderful for my kids! It had been helping keep them in shape and help them learn new skills so they can be better prepared for any sport they play. Coach Noble is a great coach and my kids enjoy going to his training sessions! They look forward to going everytime we go!

My daughter is 16 and plays softball and is very competitive. Since she's been there she has gotten so much faster. It has built her endurance and strength. James Noble was very professional he really knew how to teach my daughter and get her better agility wise and mentally.

Coach Noble has been a tremendous help for all four of my athletes. He pushes them past their limitations and makes them realize that they can push hard even when they feel they can't. His patience is a huge asset and the kids enjoy going to training without complaint.

My four boys have been working with Noble for a few years. (Back when the gym was a thought in motion and workout sessions were at 6am at Stringham field). I am so thankful and blessed that my boys were able to train with Coach Noble. What they learned here has taken their game to a whole other level of playing and the results are real...it's not something you can copy and mimic because that's just going through the motions. It's not really coming from anything real so it's not going to last. Everyone's different so come check it out for yourself and let your gains do all the talking.
