I have been working with Rachel and she has been very helpful and kind. Depending on your situation it can be challenging.. but I found they are very informative. It's important to get all the information you can. Paperwork is no fun. I'm still planning on working with this agency. These services are very helpful but can have some limitations . Also it can take time. I haven't had any issues with them. Very caring and thoughtful. ☺️

N2N is a critically necessary organization in Northern Colorado. They understand the complications that surrounded the issue of homelessness and how it relates to this region specifically. The staff are all incredibly helpful and will go above and beyond for every client. I recommend them as a service and as an asset in our community.

My family was homeless before relocating. I reached out to the program with hopes of move in assistance since me and my husband's check didn't coincide with the week we had to move in. The property manager already held the apartment as long as they could for us. The only problem I had with move in assistance was I guess confusion that took place. I informed my caseworker ahead of time through text of the only date I was able to take off of work to go pay my deposit and sign my lease agreement, which was the last day in the month of may. Instead of informing me of the policies and guidelines that I couldn't get assistance for June since I signed the lease last day in May, when it was stated to my caseworker of the the date I was going to handle business (through texts), I got denied of assistance way after the 7th of the month of June. I could have been made other arrangements to pay my rent for move in if it was stated to me at the time when I mentioned the date I was paying my deposit, now in the blink of an eye my family is back facing homelessness. I found out of my denied application from my soon to be ex landlord before I heard from my caseworker. Great company, not here to bash anyone, everything just have to be told upfront. I appreciate you all for reaching back out to me though.

I am on social security. I am being thrown out of my apartment after 6 years and never late on my rent. EVER. The building was bought by someone that wants to rebuild so hey can charge more. I FINALLY found a place to move into. Need help getting in. Not even a full month rent. I DON'T QUALIFY. She wouldn't tell me why. Really? So, im gonna be homeless. They don't care. Of you truly need help, to bad.

I love living here, everyone is always so kind and caring and so helpful! I feel like I am so annoying always asking for help with various things but they are so patient also, we are just slow at figuring out life right now. Megan is amazing too, shes always helping us with questions that we have. And doesn't ever make me/ us feel guilty for it. Then there are all the things this place does for us also like recently getting a rocking chair from a wonderful lady named Stephanie, because I'm pregnant. She always is so helpful also. Then there are the community events that are always so enjoyable and the book Mobil that comes for the children. I could go on and on about these amazing people and this great place. If you are in need, or slow like we are at figuring out this complicated world and need a great place to get a good start with your life then this place is it.
