If only every business could be this attentive and caring of their customers. They listened to our needs, quickly came up with a solution, and had us back in business in only a matter of days. Which is no small miracle since our old Hustler mower had been through the ringer. All this to help a 16-year-old get his lawn business off the ground. This is what Pagosa is all about. Hats off to Yampa and Osa. Oh, and Andrew & Lauren aren’t half bad either. Keep up the great work!

I recently bought a Stihl chainsaw at Ace Hardware in Pagosa Springs. When I got the chainsaw home it would not start so I took it back to Ace Hardware. They looked at the chainsaw and told me that they needed to order a part to fix the chainsaw and that it would take about two weeks to get the part. I reminded them that I had just bought it, taken it home, and it would not start. I explained that I had people standing by to work and needed the chainsaw and asked them to give me a new saw. I was told since I had taken the saw home and put oil and gas in it that they could not give me a new saw. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous and asked to speak to the owner of Ace Hardware. The response I received was less than satisfactory. On the next day, I took the saw to Navajo Trail Rentals Center which is also a Stihl dealer. Upon arriving I met the owners Andrew and Lauren. Andrew had the part in stock that my chain saw needed and had the chainsaw up and running the same day.

I have since bought another Stihl chain saw from Navajo Rentals and have found Andrew and Lauren to be helpful , knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. If you like Stihl products and need one, Navajo Rentals is the place to go.

Pandemic made My workers quick to get stipen checks, had to finish the building myself and Navajo ALWAYS had What I needed, when I needed it. I did long rentals for weeks sometimes and they never said a word Lauren & Andy were always there to help me get it done !

Absolutely the best, class act and so knowledgeable. Andrew and Lauren know customer service and how to keep your small motor tools running top notch. They are so good I come all the way from Moab for thier service and friendly open door attitude, plus the shop dogs are a great touch! Highly recommended!!!

Andrew was very helpful and did a great job on my Honda eu2000i generator as well as recommend the best fuel/ oil additive products for season use. Highly recommend taking your small engines and equipment to him.

Spot on. Took my broken snow blower to them, they knew the problem immediately, said it would be repaired in a week because they had to order parts. Timing was perfect, repair done right and pricing was reasonable.This place is run by owner and family who take pride in their work and have various rentals available for your needs. Try them first. If they can't do it, they ate a great resource to point you in the right direction.
