We have been fortunate to land in kinder-care Montgomery branch.
My boy started at 12 months and the initial one week was a bit difficult but then with the help of the teachers my boy started settling in. His teacher Miss Piyali is so kind and considerate, she made sure he feels like home. In terms of development I saw my boy learning to distinguish between colors and good with stacking. Piyali was also very considerate toward him on off days that my child would have and help comfort him when he is not feeling the best.

My almost three year old granddaughter has been attending the Naperville West KinderCare since she was an infant. I have absolutely loved each of her teachers. They are warm, caring and patient. My granddaughter has made wonderful friends at the center that she talks about at home all the time. She loves her teachers as well. She has learned so much and constantly surprises me with her knowledge. The center provides clever and fun activities. The director Chris and her assistant Lindsey are always available to help and treat you like family. I have been very pleased with my granddaughter's experience at the Name West KinderCare. And highly recommend it and its wonderful staff.

I am very grateful and happy that my children go to Naperville West Kinder Care Learning Center. The teachers are very professional and dedicated people. They make a very tough lanor by caring for many children who have no relationship with them, and yet they educate and care with love and patience. Above all, I want to thank Ma Nasrin because she has taken care of my two children and she has given them a lot of love and has taken care of them with patience and affection. I am very surprised that my son has a very healthy and balanced diet at home, but they are the habits that have taught him here. Thanks to All the Teachers and the Teacher who is also an important part for the children to have fun. I recommend 110% for any baby or child to attend this place. They will be sure that their children are in a safe place and learning many things.

I will say that putting my children in daycare kinda scared me a little my children being around strangers. They did not know daycare at all just being home. KinderCare changed my feeling about it. The teachers are great and are great with my children. I enjoy that my children get mad if I pick them up early and enjoy being able to drop my youngest off with out him kicking and screaming but with a big smile on his face waving bye to me. I recommend KinderCare to whom ever is in need of a facility. They are great always smiling and very helpful when needed. My children love the teachers and they enjoy learning doing the activities KinderCare plans for them.

I absolutely love this place. My husband and I have only heard good things about KinderCare so when the time came to put our three girls in daycare it was a no brainer that they would go here. The teachers and staff are amazing. Sara the director has made our first experience with daycare memorable. She is so knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process of enrollment. Sara can always be found in one of the classrooms spending time with the kids, I really appreciate that she's not just in the office and actually gets to know not only the kids but their parents.

I was a stay at home mom prior to my kids coming to KinderCare. I was an absolute nervous wreck leaving my kids with strangers but this center I could not have asked for better experience. They treat the kids like they are theirs. They keep you updated on every little detail, they are all amazing

Absolutely horrible experience at this location. Director completely shut me down when I tried to address the concern & said, “[Teacher’s Name] has worked here for a long time. She would never do that to a child.” I pulled my child immediately because I was genuinely concerned about her safety. The incident occurred back in 2018, but my child is still traumatized 5 years later. Report filed with DCFS. The specific teacher remained employed at this location for at least a few more years (I am unsure if she is still employed today). I’d consistently see her driving the bus erratically when taking children to/from school for a few years after I pulled my daughter out.

While it sounds like the director has changed & the teacher might not work here anymore, I’d still steer clear. This type of behavior is built & reinforced through the culture at the center. As someone who has worked as a daycare teacher myself (in both good & bad facilities), I can say with 100% confidence that this place is not somewhere you want to send your kids.

My kiddos have attended the daycare for about 2 years now and I couldn't believe how excited they were to attend. The amount of knowledge that came along with that was outstanding. The staff members are extremely courteous and warm hearted. The director/assistant director work closely with all families to make sure all needs are met and that they feel at home while there.
