I believe they’ve had the same receptionist for years because years ago I called to ask for information & she answered with attitude- quick to hang up. Up to now, I went in to ask about a program & she had the same attitude when I asked for help. She sent me to ask back & forth around the place just so the staff could lead me back to her cuz it was her job? I’m not blaming the staff just receptionist, Her attitude can improve maybe get help from the therapists there if possible.

Tried for 2 months to make an appointment. Kept getting referred elsewhere even when I was adamant that I wanted to make an appointment with them. Phone calls were never returned. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Super safe place to go get anything and everything taken care of if you need help with benefits The officers that work there are absolutely amazing they go out of their way to make sure their staff and that community is taken care of. 67th avenue and Indian School is a very dangerous area and these guys hold it down over there they bring protection and professionalism to a whole nother level.

Last time I was there was in 2016 -17 and they were professional at front desk but left due to therapist issues when I should have just switched therapists!

Wack place. These people do not care about the community. I was late for an appointment because they told me the wrong time, I had it written down. Then some lady named Martha said I may be able to still do my intake and when I called back she goes “oh someone else just walked in, I’m just gonna have someone call you back for a reschedule.” Smh no consideration for ppl and I feel they look down upon the demographic that walks through their doors. I really needed the help.

I called in to put my son un a headstart program and the Lady was giving me a phone number to a diferent location , By the way she was saying it too fast And I told her I didnt get the number can I get it again and she was like "okay okay bye" How Rude.
