Farida has been tutoring my 10 year old son since he was 2.5. He successfully passed ERB and Stanford–Binet tests at the age of 4 and continued with Russian and Math lessons. His younger brother also started to take Russian course last year and is doing very well. I believe Farida is a talented teacher. Her unique teaching approach and technics get excellent results and test scores. Both of my boys attend French/American school and Russian is one of the four languages they speak and continue to learn. We practice only verbal Russian at home, but I see a constant improvement in writing and reading skills with only one weekly session of Russian language at My Sunshine Center. I would like to comment on a review I have read regarding crying and tuition payment : My sons were screaming, protesting and running to mommy for weeks, it’s hard for many active toddlers to sit and pay attention, but they all get over it. I believe parents need to be patient and reasonable, there is no school or tutoring center that would reimburse a tuition after the semester has started and the contract clearly states that.

Our son has been attending Farida’s classes for over 4 months now. Over this period, we have noticed a remarkable increase in his cognitive, analytical and comprehension skills. Farida has taken acute care in making sure our son is developing the right, age appropriate verbal, math, and language skills. Farida’s teachings are a great compliment to our son’s traditional pre-school education. Using tactics that are engaging, Farida is able to capture our son’s attention and foster a sense of curiosity enabling him to enjoy his learning experience. My child has been attending My Sunshine Tutoring since he was 2 years old. He is now 4 1/2. Our experience has been nothing but absolutely positive. Every Monday and Wednesday my child wakes up excitedly saying -- "Are we going to Farida today?" (Farida is the name of the teacher).

Farida is an amazing teacher -- she knows how to access young children in a way that most teachers (and parents) do not.
