We have been attending MLS for about 2 years and have enjoyed the experience. My two year old can count to 20 and the recognize numbers. He recognizes letters and sings the alphabet. He tells me about his daily activities and what he has done with his friends, he has a few boys he is so excited to see every day. They have fun themes each month, like Elvis’ birthday and the cute picture that came home. Along with Santa/gingerbread man/easter bunny that visits for the holidays. I am updated throughout the day via an app about his meals, bathroom breaks/diaper changes, and naps as well as if there’s in any incidents (him falling, hit from someone else, and if he has hit someone) so I know how is day is going at all times.

My friend had her son going here and she pulled him out due to abuse to the children and the staff. Her son also came home with a bad stomach ache. They apparently don't check the food or milk cause the kids are drinking expired milk. I WILL be reporting this place to DCFS. Not happy with JoAnne

My daughter has been going here for a while now and she loves it and so do I. They communicate and are very attentive. As a first time mom I was kind of nervous about daycare but they are awesome, they also have an app that allows you to know when your child has ate, nap time and pictures when they do activities. Thank you for taking great care of my baby girl 💕💕

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. My daughter was injured here on multiple occasions. She busted her lip and not only did the staff not notify us, but they didn’t offer her ice because “she wasn’t crying or said anything”. She came home with an enormous (not exaggerating, I have pictures) bruise on her forehead and they claimed “she fell on the play coffee table”. Don’t go here. The owner lost her way of compassion.

As a first time mom I was so worried about having to take my baby to any daycare as I’m sure many are. He’s been there two weeks now and after just the first two days I felt much better about leaving him there. The owner, Kim, is there every morning that I drop him off and she is always sweet to him. As all the other employees have been as well. I get updated all day through the app when he eats, gets changed and naps. The first couple days he had trouble sleeping(as any child would in a new environment) but THEY quickly figured out how to get him to sleep and make him comfortable. They also make sure his diaper is changed right before I pick him up every single day. I’m a very anxious Mom and after just the two weeks I’m not stressed dropping him off in the mornings.

The owner of MLS does more than any other center I have ever worked at. No business can stay open if payment isn’t made for services. All children have accidents that’s part of growing up! When it happens incident reports are sent to parents. All incidents reports are approved by the director or owner. Sometimes we have a lot going on and it takes us a minute to approve them. If it is serious a phone call is made to the parents. The mother of the child in question worked at another center and chose to keep her child at My Little School. Also if my memory serves correctly the child was being pulled from our center because mom didn’t want dad to pick up without her knowledge.

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible daycare. Owner only cares about the money, not the children. Constantly had to ask if our son was being fed because they didn’t always post meals. Owner is very rude to parents. Our son had injuries at least once a week along other things that made us wonder how much attention they actually pay to the kids. One instance on the app they said he ran into the gate outside which caused 3 scratches on his forehead, when he was picked up from daycare his mom was given a different story as to how he got those scratches. Not a trustworthy place and my advice to anyone considering this place would be to keep your children far away from it.

My 6 month old daughter started at this daycare about a month ago it was recommended by a family friend and I am glad I got her into this place I have no worries when I drop her off, Shay is awesome and Kim has great communication they always have her cleaned up and ready to go in a timely manner. I appreciate the pictures and updates on the app they send us throughout her day. Edit: I was never asked to leave a review by the center just wanted to help other parents.
