Liberty has truly been a miracle for our family. She understands as a therapist/teacher/tutor, but also as a parent! She is soo good at listening and knows what your child needs. She has been instrumental in my son's success both academically and emotionally. She goes way above to help and has even offered to work with his teacher to best support his needs. Her compassion is hard to find and you can feel she really does this job for her students! Very flexible and forgiving with life challenges along the way. You can't go wrong and money well spent.

Liberty Gawthorne is an answer to our prayers. My teenage son is neurodiverse and ever since he met Liberty in sixth grade he realized he's not bad at math, he just needed the right teacher. Liberty is unique in that she customizes her lessons to her student. We are a very busy active family and we live near Elk Grove, yet we won't hesitate to drive to Rocklin to have an in person session with Liberty. She also caters to our lifestyle with Zoom sessions. She cares so much about my son and his success. You may have other options for math tutors but it's hard to imagine anyone else being as caring, fun, and dedicated to teaching as Liberty! She is one of a kind!

I 100% recommend Liberty to anyone seeking a tutor/teacher for their child. She is a great tutor for my 8 year old son, who really enjoys his sessions with her. Liberty truly cares about him and how he’s doing and it shows in his attitude when he has to go in. Liberty provides my son many tools and methods that have improved his math and reading skills. She also goes a step further and communicates those same tools to me, so I can help my son at home! Scary to think where he’d be without her.
