My journey with Muscle Monkey Functional Fitness began with a 16 week challenge After the first few days, I quickly realized I wasn’t going anywhere and I signed up for a yearly membership. I’ve never felt stronger, learned so much or felt like I belonged as I do at Muscle Monkey. I’m motivated and excited to be there not only to continue my health and wellness journey, but to see my friends who are now family. I’ve now been a member of my TRIBE for over a year and attend about 5 classes a week. This is the most consistent I’ve ever been with training. Joining Muscle Monkey was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s truly changed my life. I absolutely love Muscle Monkey, my trainers and all of the friends I’ve made along the way💪💚🖤 I highly recommend it!

Exactly what I was looking for. I have never worked out 💪 in my life and I didn’t know where to start. Even though the classes are growing, the instructors keep a close watch on everyone and give that one on one coaching.
With many class times to choose from, you can choose the time that is best for you.

Muscle Monkey is such an awesome gym! From the first day, I was welcomed and supported with my goals. They really took their time helping me when I wasn’t sure what I was doing and I’ve never felt uncomfortable or pressured by anyone there! A couple months ago I had to take a break due to a hand injury and Sean made a point to follow up with me regularly to see how I have been doing. I cannot wait to get back! I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Muscle Monkey isn’t like any gym I have been too! All fitness levels are welcome and they can tailor any workout to your needs. Everyone is so welcoming and they treat you like family! Highly recommend!!

When i found MMFF, I wasn't sure about joining a gym at all. I went to a HITT class taught by Chris and I was sold! I signed up for the Fit Over 40! I've had many personal/family issues that have prevented me from attending the past couple of months , but these guys at MMFF still encourage me to engage with the TRIBE! I absolutely LOVE this place and I promise you, you won't regret joining! Go see Chris, Shawn, or Dean ASAP for the most amazing gym experience ever! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK!!
