The best mortgage lending training, educational, and CE organization in Denver-Metro. I've been going to MTI for my CE classes for years, and all of my LOA's have passed their licensing exam after the first try through MTI. If you are the type of person that is interested in getting full mileage out of your dollar, then use MTI for your mortgage educational needs. Stephanie Pacheco was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I took the 20 hour class instructed by Don Exley, and he is awesome! He was very thorough in his training and very knowledgeable. I took the class in April 2018, I took my NMLS test May 2018, and I passed on my first attempt! Very pleased! I will use them in the near future to get licensed in more states, and for CE.

Great training, great study tips. I studied by fanny off, and got a 93%! I did have two questions during my study period about which I emailed the instructor -- did not ever get a response. He also asked us to let him know how we did. I did that also, but did not receive a response. Other than that, the course obviously gave me what I needed, and I'm now fully licensed! Thank you!!!

Lots of content, but a significant amount of material that was not discussed in either the text or the presentations appeared in the tests/quizzes we were given. As such, I'm not so sure the course has done its best to prepare us for taking the NMLS exam.

The material covered prepared me for the exam. The practice quizzes and exams are helpful. Knowing the content that is outlined is key. Memorizing questions isn't too helpful as the exam covers your understanding of the content. I passed with a lot of room to spare. Thank you MTI.
