I can’t say enough about how incredible Kim and Better Bikes are! My husband, baby sister, and I were blessed to receive free bikes from Kim, and his generosity left us speechless. I took my road bike in for a shifting issue and was immediately directed to a very kind & knowledgeable young man by the name of Ed (The gear Guy). Kim promised that my bike "would be as good as new or better." As promised, it is!! My bike is quiet, smooth shifting and glides through the gears again!! Thank you More Better Bikes for taking care of my bike and for giving life skills to the youth and bikes to the community! GREAT team & fun place & friendly shop dog who LOVESs treat after treat! We can't thank you enough and will be back should we have a new issue and will spread the word of this awesome bike repair shop!!

I can’t say how much I appreciate Kim and the staff at this great place! I’ve been able to get bikes for my kids here at extraordinarily low prices, and they make sure they are good to go out the door. Very kind people here, I’ll never look for a bike anywhere else.

Great place for a tuneup on your bike or if you’re looking for a good used bike fixed to perfection. This is a charitable organization (tax exempt donations excepted) that is great for the community in that it supplies bicycle transportation to those in need and also work and learning opportunities for those willing to participate and or volunteer. Keep up the great work . See you for a spring tune up. Thanks for all you do.

Great place to donate a bike- I’m happy to know my old folding Citizen bike will help support the mission of getting more people on bikes.

Great place to buy a used, quality, functional bike. Kim is knowledgeable and really helped me figure out what I wanted. There’s no upselling here, just a desire to get you riding without breaking the bank.

I picked a Trek Navigator, and they tuned up for me and had me riding in a day. I’m really happy with my Trek Navigator, and I’ll be back to support the mission.

This is a remarkable organization, doing a lot of good for the community. They provide affordable bicycle repairs, sell refurbished bikes at a reasonable cost, teach young folks the skills to works on bikes as well as how to provide great customer service AND by doing all that, they are promoting bicycling itself. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about how impressive this non-profit organization is.
