Mo is extremely inspiring, he should become a motivational speaker, If he isn't one already, he always in my ear motivating me to get the right answer. He's always saying stuff like “Anytime you learn, you gain”, “Isn’t it fantastic that you can change your mind and create all these happy things?”, “The secret to doing anything is believing that you can do it. Anything that you believe you can do strong enough, you can do. Anything. As long as you believe.” , and “You can do anything you want to do. This is your world.” He always tells me when I'm feeling down or I don't really get something “Believe that you can do it cause you can do it." He also told me that my being friends with a tree was "Nothing to be ashamed of" and he then went on to say that "There's nothing wrong with having a tree as a friend." In addition, Whenever I screw up on something he always repeats the same thing "We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents," At first I thought it was a little bit weird but then I grew to expect it and I ended up really liking it. When I tell him, jokingly, that he is a little bit weird he goes on a little bit of a rant saying “I guess I’m a little weird. I like to talk to trees and animals. That’s okay though; I have more fun than most people.” Sometimes when we are working with shapes he tells me to try to arrange them in the shape of a cloud or tree saying "Lets build a happy little cloud. Lets build some happy little trees." (he must really like clouds and tress, maybe they make him happy?!?!). He always reminds me that cloud are so free and that I should be a cloud when I grow up “Remember how free clouds are. They just lay around in the sky all day long.” He has many quotes about trees and I will list off some here so I am just going to make a list of a few of them: "Dead trees in nature are just as normal as alive ones", "BE THE TREE" , and finally “Talk to the tree, make friends with it.”

Sometimes he tells me to wash my pencil because it can get pretty dirty, I can remember him saying “wash that pencil, just beats the devil out of it.” (I think Mo is a very spiritual guy.) One time I did bad on a math test and he told me “There are no mistakes, only happy little catastrophes” and I actually laughed outload! Sometimes Mo can get a little tired (Which is baffling to me, and why you will learn later) and he will tell me that “If you do too much, it’s going to lose its effectiveness.” I honestly think that that is a pretty genius and insightful quote if I'm being honest I aspire to be that intelligent when I'm older. Mo says its good to take what seems like educated guesses saying “Go out on a limb — that’s where the fruit is.” and sometimes, when I'm right, I just think how smart my math tutor is. Sometimes, not often, but occasionally when I work on drawing different shapes for geometry he tells me “Don’t forget to make all these little things individuals — all of them special in their own way.” I have noticed that Mo always works with odd numbers and when I asked him about it he said “They say everything looks better with odd numbers of things. But sometimes I put even numbers — just to upset the critics.” and that's who Mo is someone who does the right thing even thought it may "upset the critics" and I aspire to have that kind of courage in a situation similar to his.

Bellow I linked a picture of Mo's favorite drink that he gave me, I have never seen him on the job without it, When I asked him what he likes that Bob Ross energy drink so much he cited 2 reasons the first being that the drink makes him a more positive spirit, the second is he says it gives him the skills of the great painter Bob Ross (but this makes no sense because we don't do any painting) I wouldn't be surprised if he downs 2-3 of these a day because in the short time of an hour he drink a full can (I don't know why he does this or how he sleeps at all because he meet at like 8pm on Monday nights). Sometimes you can tell that Mo has had too much caffeine because he will tell me “lets get a little crazy here!”
