So much more than a payroll processing or insurance broker you can get quotes from all day long. They are an amazing HR resource. Yes they handle the other things but to me what sets them apart is their genuine and devoted assistance with all things human resources. Providing a third-party resource for employees to feel they have someone who will listen, providing advice to employer or maintaining a list of ongoing training online and in person to increase the quality of employment. They have been there even when we were going through a difficult layoff period helping all along the way.

I started a small business in 2003, running payroll and the subsequent quarterly and annual government filing cost me a considerable amount of money in fines and fees as the process is complex and both state and local penalties are strick and ruthless. Then learned about workers comp and wanted to offer my employees some benefits. It was too much to do independently. We at Paramount Fence Inc. out of Batavia il. have been with Tom from Midwest HR and his team for 12 years. Char, Karen, Anne, Susan, and Bernadette have been fantastic, prompt and make us feel special. On a day to day basis they are super consistent and very rarely make a mistake.
