Went in to get three frames for three pieces, two of which were diamond art which can be a bit tricky to frame. The attendant in the framing section was incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and offering great suggestions.
Very happy with the experience and definitely will be going again for any framing needs in the future!

I LOVE THIS STORE SO MUCH. I have spent lots of cricut materials and very in stock. The sales are awesome and the employees are amazing and helpful!

Prices are high. Just like everything else in the world. The 3 items I was shopping for, mainly floral diy. To purchase the supplies at Michael's and make it myself would be up to 3x more expensive than the items I was trying to replicate from wayfair. Timing is everything, wait for a sale, keep going back to see if discounted or buy elsewhere. This time I will buy elsewhere. Many times Michael's has had exactly what I needed at a good price, just not this time. I hope the prices decrease during the holidays. If not, Michael's may loose a lot of customers. Just my opinion.

Only self check out is available. Impossible to make a return when there are only 3 employees in the whole store. One filling balloons and 2 working with one customer.
