Mike Knapp is hands down the worst realtor I've ever had on my property for a showing! From literally sizing me up after getting out of his car, to o ly pointing out negatives about the property. It didn't appear that he had read anything about the property before arriving. I did the entire showing myself while he tried to pull off his cool/tough guy routine. For as cocky as he is, one would think he must be good at his job... not the case! Mike could really learn a thing or two from Katie Betts, (also out of his office) who also showed my property. Complete opposite, she was very friendly, professional and had obviously read up on the property before hand. You know, what you expect from a professional! Not this fake tough guy routine that Mike delivered so well...
Hard to take a guy like that seriously when wearing bedazzled jeans!
