I’ve been a member of MetFix ascend for 7 months now and I cannot imagine a better gym! The atmosphere is amazing, the Coaches are THE BEST, and the community of members is second to none! Nick and Hannah are excellent coaches! They’re very knowledgeable, patient and always willing to step in and help! I truly enjoy the class setting and the members app helps keep me accountable. CrossFit Culminate is the cleanest, best laid out gym in the area for functional fitness training. It is welcoming from the moment you step through the door, including the atmosphere and the coaches’ attitudes.

The coaches run the classes effectively and give excellent direction. Each and every movement and exercise, including warmups, are explained and coached before, during, and after they are performed. I see the coaches modifying difficult movements for beginners (and beyond), allowing them to still improve their fitness, and receive a solid workout without the risk of injury.

I strongly recommend everyone, of any level whether completely new or a long time veteran, to give this gym an opportunity to impress you as it does me. If you are truly committed to your fitness, I think this is the place to go.

If you’re thinking about joining CrossFit in the Jacksonville area, look no further. Great instruction for all different skill levels from beginner to elite. Classes are always exactly an hour (which can be very important to work into your busy schedules and for work!). Hannah and Nick- owners- are awesome and give great, productive feedback. Going to a workout at this gym quickly became the best part of my days.

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure you know how to safely and properly do each workout and help guide you through it. The environment is fun and everyone is there for a similar reason: to push themselves and to lead a healthier lifestyle!

I honestly never thought I would enjoy CrossFit. When I started, I thought it was for elite athletes or people who were already fit, but I have come to learn that anyone can do it. The coaches are amazing at guiding you through the workouts which are all scalable based on your personal fitness level (which is why CrossFit is perfect even for beginners like myself). You give them an hour of your day and you leave feeling 10x better. They are building an amazing community of people trying to reach similar goals.

I signed up for a free class not ever having done a WOD before and now I’m hooked! Coach Hannah and Coach Nick are great at explaining and demonstrating the lifts/movements with good form and making them scalable for everyone’s experience level. This is a great gym for newbies, like myself, and those more advanced too as both coaches are skilled athletes.
