They are always SO rude to me. I have walked out of here crying a few times. They don't try go work with you or help you. They treat you like your not even human. I get I'm trying to get government help but it's not like I WANT to be in this situation. It's hard enough to have to ask for help but then to be treated like your a lesser human for it is unacceptable. They need some serous training in customer service. Oh and I have been waiting for an hour to see someone and there is only one person in the waiting room, so what are they doing?

It was great Jamie was a very big help. Her knowledge of the re opening of my claim put my stress at ease I am not a very good computer person. We tried on the phone before but it did work for me. I got an appointment quick that fit with my schedule of being in town today. I appreciate all the ladies in the resource room.

Avoid for Pearson VUE testing. After arriving at the testing center I was forced to wait for over an hour before being admitted to take my exam. The staff offered no reasonable explanation as to what was causing the delay. After completing the exam, one of the proctors informed me that she was completely unaware that myself and another individual had arrived to take our exams, despite both of us checking in with the front desk staff numerous times requesting updates on when we would be admitted. I've taken proctored Pearson VUE tests at several other locations and never experienced any issues. I'd highly recommend taking your exam at Mesa State instead of the Workforce Center if possible.

Very nice lady at the counter. I was one of the first people there waiting. My appointment was at 8am and I didn't get called back until 8:30. The woman doing my interview gave me an attitude because I had my 3 children with me and I didn't want to leave them in the play room. She rolled her eyes at me and then when we were headed back to the interview rooms she didn't hold the door open for me as I'm trying to push a stroller and hold my baby she let the door slam on my son and I hurting his head. Then she told me I had no business there because I apprently make too much for their services and said I shouldn't have even had an appointment like I was wasting her time. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated just because I was looking for some help. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. They only service to the homeless and unemployed. Families are not a priority here.

Helped with paperwork that my family was having a hard time with and went out of their way to make sure we didn't waste hours there. Little do people know that if you have paperwork to submit, you can go here instead of the main building. Much easier and far less people waiting...shorter wait times by far!

Be careful with this entity, the fraud unit has the ability to construct falsified evidence against you in order to file criminal charges against you and will even go to great lengths to protect their assets by means of bribing minors with their own medicaid. Matt Furphy bribed my minor daughter by going to her boyfriends home at 9pm at night to attempt to bribe her. Keep a record of all communications with this entity and records of location and complaints. They also told me that child support enforcement doesn't "enforce" child support! And my exhusband owes me over $50000.00 in arrears. They have done NOTHING to collect including allowing his wife to use a fake social security number or birthday to represent my ex husband as a minor child. And his wife told me that. (She's not to bright when sharing information) but a theif she's good at. Go figure!
