we live at the edge of town, but this establishment is convenient as we don't have to drive "downtown" -- AND ... it is a nice calm pleasant place, convenient hours of operation --- staff always is helpful if we have questions, etc. so far, whatever we might want to read that they don't have on the premises, they make the effort to see if whatever can be found at another library and have it delivered.

Very disappointing. We went to this library for the first time after getting donuts, and the front desk people did not say hello, or even look up from their computers. After we were done printing our paperwork, they then let us know that they do not offer color printing and made us pay for our black and white images after only needing them in color. Definitely will not be back to this location, there are so many other great ones in town.

Great little branch library. The staff know and love my children. They always provide great service and are quite helpful. The weekly story time always delights my kids. I do wish they had more space to offer a larger selection of books, but the low square footage of the strip mall limits them. Come visit your friendly neighborhood library.

Covid + bad attitudes = bad experience. I reserved 5 books online and received a call that one was ready. I made an appointment to pick them up and was told to call once I arrived. I called twice, but nobody answered the phone. I showed up and a library employee was outside setting up a pickup for another person. When I tried to explain the situation she very rudely and angrily stated that I needed to call. I told her I did twice, but nobody answered and she rolled her eyes , interrupted what I was saying, and asked for my card number. I gave her the last 3 numbers, she went inside, then came back out and told me repeatedly that the numbers were wrong. When I tried to show her the card she yelled at me to not come any closer. I gave her my name and she came out with the book (which had the exact 3 numbers I gave her on the receipt), then went inside and locked th stared at me from inside. This happened in the orchard mesa branch within 1 mile of where I live, but from now on I'll have to go to the central branch unless I want to deal with this womans terrible attitude.
