The staff are not welcoming and doctors seem to not want to do their job and just want to rush to the next patient. I would give zero stars if I could. Also there were no language translation services that were offered like many other healthcare facilities have available.

My baby needed sutures on her face. All the staff were so kind and tried to keep my child comfortable/reduce fear.They performed the procedure quickly and got us in/out in no time. I really appreciate everyone there. Thank you.

We brought my husband in for possible mini stroke ( he has brain cancer) and we sat there in the main waiting room for over 3 hours. My husband had an appt at 4 to get blood drawn at the connected cancer center. Lady working at the desk of the er said if we went then we lose our place in line. It was literally down the hall from the er but no exceptions were made. We ended up going home with no care.

Wonderful care. Everyone is so kind and truly listens. The wait was really short to get in, but once you’re in the room the wait times are the same as any other emergency room. Still plan for a good chunk of your day to be spent there!

I got chemical burns so bad my fingers were white and mostly immovable, didn’t even see a doctor, nurses practitioner felt one mark and said it was a rash and sent me home, no reccomenation. Do not recommend this ER, go to trinity instead

All of these reviews are honestly stupid.... It's a hospital... And an ED at that.... Waiting under an hour is a luxury to those who aren't facing life threatening problems... My god I forget how stupid people are sometimes...

Try almost 12 hours in the ER. 5 hours to get seen. Place is so dirty and so much water on the bathroom floor. Look at the bed I had to lay on. Absolutely unacceptable

Worst hospital ever. Literally only person in the lobby. Still waiting 45 mins. Even after expressing my chest pain and I can’t breathe
