Instructors are not just teachers but ones who have worked in the field and have first hand knowledge of what they teach. The dorms are amazing and a great way to stay close to the school and not have to drive so far everyday. And the couple that take care of the dorms are friendly and take great care of the facilities. Could not ask for a better place to go for apprenticeship.

I'm in the carpenters union and this is my first week of school. I can tell instantly I'm going to learn so much just from this place. Really knowledgeable people that have been doing this their whole lives. I highly recommend joining a union if you're tired of private contractors like I was. Go get paid what you're worth, not what someone can get away with paying you.
