Very nice and clean place. We were at a baby shower that was being held there for a niece. Bathrooms are new clean and up to date. Staff and visitors are very helpful if needing directions to a specific room. And like that we were is a beautiful huge room with decorations for the new arrival. Nice place for kids to be in.

It’s just lovely when nobody bothers to show up to open the place. You would be wise to offer Peggy a retention bonus as she is about the only one you can rely on to open on time!

This place was AMAZING!!! Great gym--super clean and had all the machines and weights anyone could ask for. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The Gyms, yes plural, were fantastic and the pool area was superb

My husband and I have been members of the YMCA for several years in NC and WI. We moved to the area and we realized that at this location you have to pay each time you put your child in the daycare. It was always included in our membership at every other YMCA we were members of. That alone about doubles the cost. So we decided to end our membership. While we did have our membership I noticed the website was not up to date as I was trying to enroll my daughter in the youth basketball program. I called and they said they were not sure when it was I had to reach out to the sports guy. I called as well as sent an email. No response. I also asked for him when we visited the YMCA and was told he was not in. I missed registration because of this. I wish the experience was different because we have been members since our kids were little. We were very disappointed.

This Y has a variety of classes, basketball courts and circuit training weight machines. They also have an indoor pool. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I joined online and was not aware that I signed up for the Center for Healthy Living location instead of the main YMCA location. I received an email reminding me to go sign my waiver and set up my barcode from the YMCA so I stopped in after work only to be rudely informed by the young man at the front desk that I was not a member at this location but at the center for healthy living.. I had no problem with this information but the way he handled the interaction was so poor and I was obviously bothering him in some way. He set up my scan card and had me sign my waiver but the whole interaction was uncomfortable until another woman came up and assisted. I had asked him what the hours were for the other location which obviously he did not want to help me with when he said I could probably just look it up... Regardless, the other woman was kind enough to look it up and let me know. While he was obviously put off to help me, he didn't waste any time to happily say bye to his friend whom was leaving the gym at the same time. Unfortunately, my kids play a lot of the sports hosted through the Y so I will have to be back at some point, but I will never work out there or use their facility for myself. Poor customer service and attitude at the front desk.

The staff, guests, and facility are top-notch. Really love coming here for all their special events, daughters swim program and working out in the weight room.
Feel bad for the employees when the adolescents act disrespect and they are forced to play babysitter.
