My 4th graders love love love this Mathnasium! At home, they have a difficult time doing 15 minutes of math, but at this Mathnasium, they don’t want to leave after an hour! This is a magical place and a turning point for my daughter’s relationship with math. I’m very grateful for that.

I also appreciate flexible scheduling (very difficult to be punctual for a set time consistently with multiple kids, traffic, curve balls, and my job.) The kids also love the game hour (free and pre-registration is not needed!)

The parking is adequate and amenities are nearby to run quick errands. We are very thankful for the owner and the teachers at the center. What a positive experience! This is one of my top 5 best decisions that I made for the kids. Worth every penny.

Great atmosphere for learning! Tutors approach to teaching really has helped my son. After a month of attending, I noticed a massive improvement in his math grade at school and overall attitude towards math.

Update (7/23): I requested to end the tutoring in April as my child has caught up. No charges happened in May, but I was charged for June and July. Mathnasium has been reluctant to resolve the issue in a timely manner and provide refunds even though I have been charged twice due to their own admin error. Admin issues not worth it, plenty of great tutors elsewhere…skip over this place.

We are grateful we came across Mathnasium of Hancock Park, ever since my daughter enrolled in their program she has improved so much in her math class, her math skills are getting better, and she really enjoys going to her sessions. I’m very pleased with the staff, they are very kind and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for that extra help with your kids math skills then Mathnasium of Hancock park is the place.

So GRATEFUL to Sam at Mathnasium of Hancock Park and his staff for all of their amazing math instruction and support for my two daughters.

We have tried countless children's math programs offline and on, and the math program at Mathnasium is BY FAR THE BEST we have found.

Both of my kids have benefited so much. My older daughter is now in Honors Math thanks to their help, and my younger daughter is no longer behind in math.

Math homework is so much easier because they each have a good math foundation to work with.

They are all so nice and welcoming. It is clean and bright place for the kids to work, and I know Sam works hard to limit distractions so the kids can really focus and progress while they are there. Well worth the money, time and investment. It really pays off. We are so happy they are here in the Hancock Park area!

Collect the points, turn them into toys and bring them home (I think it's a good idea), and I'm happy that my son is having fun studying.

I'm really pleased with our Mathnasium experience. My daughter loves her sessions, which are both challenging and fun. Mike is great at keeping parents informed. The tutors are kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mathnasium of Hancock Park.
