See if I ever come back to Alabama. I'm going back to Georgia. Where everything is a lot cheaper. And I think the workers of food stamp office.
Quit being so rude to other people. And they are so disrespectful I really don't think I need a one star.
They are horrible people.
take the kids from you and And say they won't tear families apart But they do

I had a question and the most rudest lady ever answered the phone she was not helpful at all she was impatient and hung up while I was talking to her and told me to call somewhere else. Why would you work in a place that helps people if you don’t want to help others.

They never answer the phone when you call. There's always a long line with one window open.

I have been to the food stamp office area of the human resource building this is the third day in a row the lobby is full of people waiting for help there is one person helping trying to help multiple people the wait time is ridiculous if there's like three or four people in front of you you'll be there all day worst human resources department I've ever been in my life and I'm 65 years old it's a shame that our tax dollars go for such a waste of people who don't do anything terrible terrible public service

Took my mother-in-law there and we were lucky because there was only one person in line. The form was easy to complete and we quickly completed what we were there to do.

The lady on the phone was so rude!!!! That is unnecessary about an applicant I just filled about telling me wrong county and that someone have called me and they haven’t called or mentioned anything about it. She wanted to be so rude about it that it took a little of her time.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I’ve been back-and-forth for over a month now and I can’t get a single person to give me a correct answer or have my caseworker call me back. I have a 10 month old child and we’ve been without food and not until my final and last visit did they tell me of the food banks in the area which do no good because I’ve been the whole month Scrambling to make ends meet. My daughter has special diet restrictions and some of the things she needs are not offered at a food bank. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor just for them to hang up the phone and then to never call me back. I was simply trying to transfer from another state and didn’t think it would be too much of an issue. And lo and behold they canceled and denied my application without even telling me. This place is very unprofessional and never listen to what you have to say. When I ask for emergency assistance because I have a child and we don’t have any food they told me “sorry I don’t know what to tell you” if you are on disability, pregnant, or A parent with children they are supposed to allow you to have emergency funds to buy food. The staff is unacceptable.
