I've been getting various supplies and equipment from Mark Drug for years and have always had a great experience! I've reached out to them several times for advice, recommendations, and background info related to many different items they carry, and trust their opinion when making a purchase decision. An aspect of any top-notch business, regardless of the industry, typical clientele, or certain target markets, is when after working with you to identify your particular needs for a given situation and the timeline you need to meet, after checking their stock and how quickly they would expect to receive a shipment from the manufacturer or distributor and realizing you will need a certain amount to go home with right then and there, but they don't have enough on hand and waiting until a shipment arrives at their dock is too long to meet your needs, they will go so far as to actually make a few calls to their business competitors on your behalf to find someone who has the item(s) on hand, will put the item(s) on hold for you to pick up, and then will give you directions to the other company so you could have it in your stock ASAP! Fortunately for them and myself, this scenario has only happened to me once, but even after driving a little ways away to go to the other place to pick up my items, I became Mark Drug's customer for life! While they may have missed out on a sale that one time, it demonstrated to me they are more concerned about your wellness and comfort than anything else, for which I was eternally grateful and can't give a high enough praise for when I tell anyone who will listen about my experience and solidifying my endorsement for Mark Drug and their OUTSTANDING staff who will go out of their way to help you!

This is just one example of the super high quality of my experience and relationship with the store, and will definitely go out of my way in order to recommend Mark Drug to anyone I cross paths with and may be in need of a store where there's typically a good amount of supplies in stock and staff who have your best interest first and foremost in every interaction.
